W.A. Lubberhuizen, Chairman of the Board
Mr Lubberhuizen is a former senior executive of Royal Boskalis the world's largest dredging company and chairman of the Dutch Marine Construction Federation. Mr Lubberhuizen is currently chairman of the board of several Dutch companies

Zvi Ganot (MSc.) Chief Executive Officer
Mr Ganot founded Ganis Systems Ltd. in 1991, and under his management the company successfully launched its first product and entered the international market soon after. Mr. Ganot was formerly the Southern District manager of Israel's Ministry of Transportation
 
Arnon Efraty (BSc, MBA) VP Marketing and Business Devlopment
A former senior executive of Israel Aircraft Industries, Israel’s largest industrial corporation.  Mr Efraty has over 30  years experience in general management, marketing and finance. Mr Efraty holds an MBA degree from   INSEAD  , Fontainbleau , France
